How long is my rental?

  • Standard rentals are 1 one day. Should you need longer please let us know at the time of rental.

Do you offer set-up and breakdown?

  • Yes, we do, there is an additional fee for this service. Please inquire about it when you speak to a staff member.

Does GLM Weddings and Event Rentals offer Military and Charity Discounts?

  • Yes, we offer a 10% discount. Military ID and proof of Charity 501(c) 3
  • Please inquire about the discount when you speak to a staff member.

How far in advance should we book our rentals?

  • It depends on the size of the event and how many guests will be attending. When and where it is located
  • We generally ask that you book 3 weeks to 6  months from the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Should you need to cancel or postpone the event before delivery, payments are still non-refundable.
  • Postponed events are subject to availability. (please consult with one of our staff members for more information)
  • Based on when the cancellation takes place there may be a fee assessed. What If cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the event, there may be a fee (e.g., 50% of the rental).
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the event may result in the full rental charge.

Is there a deposit? and when is the balance due?

  • A Non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is due upon contract execution. The remaining balance and any quantity changes are due 14 days before the event. All Payments are non-refundable.

What is the refund policy?

  • NO REFUNDS- ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE!!!
  • There is a nonrefundable deposit that is due at the time of rental.

We have a strict budget. How can we stay within it?

  • We offer package deals that will help you stay within budget.

How much should we budget for rentals?

  • If you are working with a planner, or caterer, he/she will already have your budget.
  • Talk with our staff and make sure this is clearly communicated when speaking about your vision for the event.

Are All taxes and service fees quoted upfront?

  • Yes, all fees are discussed upfront. All Quotes or estimates provide taxes, and delivery fees. It is also good to remember that prices are subject to change based on the quantity of items.

What are your most popular party rental items?

  • Linens, candelabra, and drapery
