Policy

GLM Wedding and Event Rentals requires a 25% non-refundable retainer fee for all rental bookings. This ensures that the items you have rented are reserved for your event dates. This pre-payment is due upon booking and is non-refundable. For a full list of terms and conditions, please refer to your rental invoice and contract. Weather and specific damage policies are listed and explained in our contract. Please review our terms and conditions for more details.
